I am so sad to report that my husband and partner at Rancho Micada passed away on January 4th.This was a week after losing our stallion, Relicario II, to colic. I know that Adam is streaking across the heavens on Reys back, kicking up the fabulous paso llano for which the Peruvian Horses are noted.412 E Wickenburg WaySuite AAdam never had an animal larger than a beagle until he married me and I bought a horse. He asked Wheres mine? and never looked back. Riding was not second Wickenburg, AZ 85390928-684-9068 nature to him and he gamely next door to subway learned all the aspects of horse keeping as our little ranch grew to 12 Peruvians. His meticulous care of the horses and the Old English Sheepdogs was well known. A girl could not ask for a better life partner. Im sharing a couple of pictures with you of Adam with our horses.Coming up on March 14 and 15, the Carousel Charity Horse Show promises to have full classes. Held at WestWorld of Scottsdale, the Peruvian Division will be judged by Andres Ponciano of Guatemala. We have a full complement of classes with something for everyoneamateurs to breeders. Come and see the Peruvian Horse in Arena 3 on Saturday and Sunday. Stop by our barns and chat with the owners and trainers.
