b'NEWS FROM COPPER STATE PERUVIAN HORSE CLUBBy Michele WilsonI ts SHOW TIME. We are so excited as the entries continue to come in. We will have more Peruvians at the Carousel Charity Horse Show than we have had in years. If you are reading our news on or before April 1, come to the show in Arena 3, at WestWorld in Scottsdale. We continue with Championship classes on Sunday morning, April 2.We have added the Performance Pattern Challenge, with more difficult maneuvers. What was a trial class at Carousel has now blossomed into a new level of Performance classes at various Peruvian shows across the country. And we have novice and amateur rides in their first horse shows! We have relaxed the clothing rules for exhibitors in our Performance classes.Juniors will be vying for belt buckles. Well have a party on Saturday night sponsored by River Grove Ranch of Hailey, Idaho to celebrate two of their horses winning Laureado awards and officially retiring from their divisions. A picture of the awards is this months photo. Well share more show photos next month. Competing horses must win the same division for three years and then retire from that division. Receiving awards this year are Breeding Stallion LAG Triturador and Luxury Gelding KRA Patron. We love to meet all aficionados of this breed and welcome all to come and join CSPHC on our Facebook page.
