b'Glendale Equestrian ClubRIDE REPORT By Deb Blankenship, Pulisher gecriders.comTABLE MESALITTLE PAN LOOP F or those with an adventurous heart, this is the ride for you.Eight Glendale Equestrian Club riders started the morning at 8:30 at Table Mesa for a ride around Little Pan Loop. The ride is about 12 miles long and took us about 3hours to complete. Those attending were Trish, Jane, Vicki, Richard, Lisa, Kris, Darwin, and Deb.The weather was amazing and it started nice and cool. This trail takes you down into the Agua River where we crossed and gave the horses a drink before we began the loop. There were lots of things to see like ground squirrels and 16 javelinas (no rattlesnakes this time). The trails go around the side of many mountains, and on one side of a mountain, there were stone markers representing graves. The trail is rocky in some areas but otherwise good mostly single track and only for equestrians, hikers, and cyclists. We only encountered one hiker and one cyclist.Riders got to see down into many beautiful rock canyons, we rode to the top of many mesas where there are lots of stunning views. After the ride, we all sat around our trailers and enjoyed some cookies provided by Trish and cool refreshing drinks while we talked about the ride. It was a beautiful day.
