ArizonaRealCountry.com 51 November 2018 Life has a way of not only taking from us but also giving back, although maybe in a different measure. CSPPC members felt that this summer as changes occurred in our lives. We were saddened when Club President, Liz Potof, and her husband Bernie, lost their award winning stallion, Rayo de CZR. Known as Gray Boy, he lived a good life, with the last few years in retirement at their BEL Peruvian Ranch. He was 28 years old. Our good news is that other club members are adding to their Peruvian herds. Gail Gray has a new gelding, purchased from Westview Farms in New York. We’ll have pictures of him soon as he just arrived at her ranch in North Scottsdale. Adele Celeste Carter also has a new gelding, a rescue from the southern part of Arizona. He will make a great addition to her ranch and to her Peruvian parade string. Michele Wilson took a gamble on raffle tickets for a 3year old filly donated to the Southern California Peruvian Paso Club and, wonder of wonder, won DJG Miraflores, pictured here. So, when one door closes, another opens. By Michele Wilson Join CSPPC on our Facebook page and like us. We look forward to hearing from you. If you have questions or comments, please call Liz at 602-799-4913 or Michele at 602-540-2135. NEWS FROM COPPER STATE PERUVIAN PASO CLUB Celeste Adele Carter has lined up 2 parades in which to participate. Check out the Copper State Peruvian Paso Club Facebook page for pictures. They just added a 1st place trophy for the Equestrian Division at the Calvin Coolidge Days Parade. Their next parade will be for the celebration of Veteran’s Day, November 10th in Coolidge.
