Drippings1 small onion, finely chopped 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese2 T. butter1 t. Worcestershire sauce1 1/4 t. salt 3/4 c. cooked rice1/8 t. pepperDIRECTIONSFor stuffing, cook onion in butter until transparent and combine with rice, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 t. salt and pepper. Fill pockets with 3 T. stuffing. Lightly brown chops in in drippings. Sprinkle with 1 t. salt, place on rack in roasting pan; cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
